What is the TCB Entertainment’s Drive-In Music Live Concert Series?

The Drive-In Music Live Concert Series is a drive-in concert series at the Skagit County Fairgrounds. It offers an opportunity to enjoy live music while maintaining safe social distancing guidelines. The Skagit County Fairgrounds is located at 501 Taylor St. (south gate) Mount Vernon, WA 98273.


What safety precautions are being taken?

All CDC and the State of Washington guidelines will be followed. Frequently touched places will be regularly sanitized. We are working closely with Mount Vernon health officials to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards. If you are sick, running a fever, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home until you are healthy.


What if stay-at-home orders are extended?

As long as we all follow the rules set forth by our state and local communities, hosting this event falls within the current guidelines

Are masks required?

Yes. Masks are required for fans and staff according to the Washington State Guidelines. If you leave that space to use the restroom, you are required to wear a mask. You must utilize a mask upon arrival to safely communicate with ticketing and parking attendants.

Will the artists be at the venue or is this a virtual event?

The artists will be performing LIVE and IN PERSON for you at the Drive-In!

What time is the concert?

The venue will open at 5:30 pm and the performances will start at 7 pm. Once the show concludes, all vehicles will be directed to exit the site. No vehicles will be permitted to stay on property and continue socializing. 

Does everyone in a vehicle need a ticket? 

No. A Car Pass covers entry for your vehicle and occupants. 

How much does it cost?

General Admission

Day Pass: $60 - per carload, fill your car up with as many people that can legally fit.
RV/Large SUV: $120
(Rv’s, large trucks, and Large SUVs may be directed to the back of the lot so you do not block the view.)

When do tickets go on sale?

General Public tickets on sale now.

Can I buy tickets at the event?

Yes, you can purchase tickets at the gate. We strongly suggest you purchased tickets online in advance to limit person-to-person contact.

Are kids allowed?

Yes! Kids, regardless of age are counted towards the maximum car capacity.

What will my modified parking space look like?

Each space will be approximately 8 wide x 10 deep. This is roughly two side by side parking spaces, the second space is a buffer between your party and the next. Tailgating permitted! enjoy the show from outside their vehicle. Lawn chairs or blankets are welcome, but we will require that you stay within your reserved pod.

How will I hear the show?

The stage will be equipped with a normal festival-style sound system, so you can enjoy the show from your vehicle in your assigned spot. 

Are parking spaces assigned?

ALL tickets are first-come, first parked. For those fans looking to get as close as possible, arriving at the venue early is suggested. RVs, large trucks, and SUVs will be directed to the back of the venue so you do not block the view for others.

Will there be food for purchase?

No.

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Yes! To limit person-to-person contact, concessions will not be available. You are welcome to bring your own pre-cooked food and non-glass beverages. Pack in, pack out. No Alcohol.

Will restrooms be provided?

Yes, they are restrooms on-site at the fairgrounds. Your safety is our priority and for that reason, restroom facilities will be sanitized frequently. PLEASE NOTE: When traveling to and from restroom facilities, guests are required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. 

What are the allowed and prohibited items for this event?

The following items are allowed:

  • Binoculars

  • Non-aerosol Bug Spray

  • Cameras (cameras with detachable zoom lenses are prohibited)

  • Cans

  • Coolers

  • Food

  • Water Bottles

The following items are prohibited:

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Animals/Pets (service animals are permitted)

  • Audio or Video Recording of any kind

Where do I enter?

The Skagit County Fairgrounds is located at 501 Taylor, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.

Each vehicle, upon arrival, will be greeted by our staff. Vehicles will be screened by security. Please have your ticket readily available to scan. We can scan your ticket through your window, so no need to interact directly with our team in most circumstances.

Can I bring a large vehicle?

Yes, RVs and large SUV/trucks 24' or longer are permitted with the required ticket. Each RV or large SUV/truck will be directed to the back of the venue so you do not block the view for others. We recommend filling vehicles with family/household members only. You can still invite your friends and park by each other though!

If your personal vehicle is lifted, or modified to above factory height and may block the view of others, you may be required to park in designated spots. This decision is at the sole discretion of the organizer and must be complied with. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund. 

Can I bring a motorcycle?

Motorcycles are welcome but they are considered 1 vehicle. Tickets are sold by the vehicle. Due to social distancing, it would be 1 motorcycle per parking area.

Do I have to bring a vehicle, or can I walk in?

To maintain our social distancing responsibilities, all guests must arrive in a vehicle. Ride-shares and drop-offs will not be permitted.

Can I enjoy the show outside of my car?

We are following the State of Washington’s Covid-19 guidelines. Tailgating permitted! enjoy the show from outside their vehicle. Lawn chairs or blankets are welcome, but we will require that you stay within your reserved pod. No sitting on your vehicle roof and no setting up tents. Please refrain from anything that will obstruct the view of other fans.

Can I roam around?

Once you’re parked in your space, we ask that you stay in your “pod” area. Except for an emergency or trips to the restrooms, the exit will not be allowed until the show has ended.

Can I leave in the middle of the show and come back?

No. Re-entry is not permitted.

What if we are running late?

If you arrive late, our parking attendants will direct you to a parking space as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind parking is filled on a first-come, first-parked basis.

Are ADA spaces available?

Yes, please contact us in advance. Instructions will be provided at the time of arrival to help with any accommodations.

Can I save a parking space for my friends?

Spaces cannot be reserved. If you would like to park next to another vehicle, please arrive together and remember to follow social distancing guidelines at all times when parked. We recommend filling vehicles with family/household members only. You can still invite your friends and park by each other though!

Can I leave my car running?

Cars will need to be turned off once you are parked. We suggest that you only run your engine as needed. Please be courteous to those around you.

What if there is bad weather? 

Your safety is always our priority. In the event of inclement weather, we will make decisions as to whether or not to host the show based upon our ability to do so safely. All events are rain or shine. In the event weather hinders our ability for the show to go on, guests will be notified via email and social channels with updates.  

What if I have an emergency?

Security, medical, and police staff will all be onsite and available to assist. Upon entry, we will provide you with a text-line number to text if you need immediate assistance. If you have an emergency and need to leave for some reason, please let us know so that we can assist.

Is smoking allowed?

To ensure the most enjoyable experience for all fans, smoking will not be permitted. Electronic/Vapor smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the venue.

Can I bring my pet?

Service animals are permitted, but family pets need to stay at home.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists, and our employees. You must follow all The CDC and the State of Washington guidelines while attending Drive-In Music Live Concert Series.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending TCB Entertainment’s Drive-In Music Live Concert Series you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
